Roy Treat has 27 years of building experience. Having grown up in the industry, he is
an active member of the local Home Builders Association Board of Directors and a Life Director of the
State HBA. He has also served as president of the local association twice. He believes that the only way
to achieve high quality design is to be hands on. He constructs his homes with absolute attention to detail
